Application:

Insufflation needles are used to establish pneumoperitoneum prior to abdominal laparoscopic surgery.

Product Feature:

 

The outer cannula consists of a beveled sharp needle point for cutting through tissues. A spring-loaded, inner style has a blunt tip to reduce inadvertent tissue damage. The penetration indicator is highly visible and guarantees the safe insertion of the needle. High-flow stopcock and double windows on the inner style accelerate insufflation. The spring-loaded inner style provides a loud audible "click" when the tip of the needle penetrates through tissue and enters a space such as the peritoneal cavity. A threaded gas inlet ensures a fixed and safe connection with other devices. Sterile is disposable, safe, and convenient.
