Accurately make an incision following the pre-determined incision line for optimal results.

Carefully insert the wound protector-retractor's distinct green ring into the designated operative site.

Diligently inspect to confirm that no bowel or tissue entrapment has occurred before beginning the retraction process.

Gently grasp the white retraction ring at 10 and 2 o'clock positions, then pull upwards until the green ring rests firmly against the peritoneal layer. Flip the outer ring inward or outward to achieve the desired level of retraction.

Carefully insert the wound protector-retractor's green ring into the operative site once again for ensured security.

Easily retrieve the wound protector-retractor by removing the green inner ring from the peritoneal cavity with a gentle motion.
